A Cooperative Experience

We hand over complete room designs and shopping lists for everything your rental needs. You order the goods, collect the packages, and follow our detailed instructions. At the end, we offer a final walkthrough to make sure everything is listing photo ready!

  • First things first, don't be nervous. We'll start with a free consultation to determine your design needs (and if we'll make great collaborators). You’ll also be asked to fill out this form, which collects information about your property and design goals.

  • We offer two services: Rental Design and Design Audit.

    Our Rental Design takes you through our 4 phase design process, creating a beautiful rental from scratch.

    Our Design Audit is for clients who already have a live rental, but want to maximize booking through design. We do a 90 minute walkthrough where we discuss what may and may not be working in your space. Then, we create a detailed action plan on how best to move forward and where to focus your attention for the highest return.

  • Pricing starts at $3499 for a full property design, and includes everything necessary for a one bed, one bath apartment. The cost goes up from there, and is a la cart depending on your specific property needs. You will receive a comprehensive bid after our consultation call.

    We also offer a Design Audit, at $499. This may be for you if you’ve already got a live rental that needs some love. This includes a 90 minute virtual or onsite walkthrough of your property followed by a detailed action plan.

    We charge flat fees rather than hourly rates, because we want our clients to feel comfortable knowing exactly how much they can expect to spend from the beginning, with no surprise costs down the line.

  • Our Design Service works off a 4 phase timeline: Discover, Design, Order, and Install.

    Once we’ve had our consultation and you have approved the bid, our team will schedule time for an in-person property walkthrough, which takes about an hour.

    We’ll then get to work on your design. We will create detailed designs for each room/space, as well as a purchasing list. You’ll have the opportunity for one design revision.

    Once the designs are approved, you’ll order and track all product with our custom spreadsheets. This is also the time to line up your vendors for painting/wallpaper install, furniture building and art hanging, cleaning and photography.

    The final phase is installation, where you’ll follow our comprehensive handbook guide in putting your rental design together. We also offer a final walkthrough to make sure everything looks perfect before you take your listing photos.
